We had an incredible stay at Lodge El Taique. the lodge's location provided the most breathtaking views of Osorno and Puntagundo Volcanoes and Rupanco Lake from both the lounge and our bedroom. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and reliable heating. the French owners, Michael and Audrey, made us feel like family and their English-speaking abilities were a big help. Michael's cooking skills shone through in the delicious French recipes featured at the restaurant. We highly recommend this secluded hideaway, despite its remote location.

We got great value for our money at Lodge El Taique. The room was comfortable, clean, and had an incredible view of the volcanoes and lake. The location was secluded and peaceful, and the staff treated us like family.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety and options.

the stay: The perfect retreat to relax and unwind, with jaw-dropping views of the forest and lake. The owners' French origins shine through in the mind-blowingly delicious food, especially the steak. Mikael and Audrey, the super-friendly owners, go above and beyond with their helpful tips and advice. The cozy rooms with plush beds provide a comfortable night's sleep. The location near Puyehue National Park is ideal for hiking and skiing. All in all, a truly unforgettable and satisfying experience.

Spectacular views of volcanoes and lake from lounge and bedroom. Comfortable bed, clean room, excellent shower, and great heating. French owners who speak English, making communication easy. Accommodating and welcoming hosts. Delicious homemade food and wide selection of cheeses. Secluded and peaceful location.

Excellent service and beautiful views of the lake and volcanoes. Spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Delicious homemade food for breakfast and dinner. Quiet and tranquil location with plenty of wildlife. Friendly and accommodating owners.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities available.
